eighth day! :D
heehee i seriously luv the whole bunch of us for being such wonderful people omg! haha anyway, okays today was the opening ceremony of amm! wow haha! all the foreign ministers were here! haha so cool right! haha okayys and they put up the barricades and road blocks along the road already! haha so it was a big troublesome getting there lah. and the hotel mpv had to pass through some funny tent-like thing when we reached shang today! lol and we were being damn funny on the mpv hahaha. someone (i think it was jasmine) said "huhh we have to drive through a metal detector too?!" hahaha. then someone else (i think it was lin tong) was like, "uhhh. i think if we drive through a metal detector and we don't set it off, i'd be very worried. " like hahaha omg damn funny! xD
haha kayy but turns out it was just some weird parking tent. hoho. so anyway, we walked from the tent into the hotel lah! and then we saw like 6 giant metal detectors near the entrance! and police officers standing in a line next to the gantries waiting to check people! omg. and they have the baggage check thing! like the kind you have in the airport! haha okay at first i thought it was quite cool hahaha! but by the end of the day i was damn tired of these things already, cos it's damn troublesome, every time you walk past the gantry you have to be checked. gosh right. haha and i've never seen so many policemen in one place! gosh haha so sharon and i started playing this game called "spot the cute policemen game" haha sounds retarded right! haha lol anyway we didn't manage to spot any lol.
then when we went up, there was a gantry and metal detector there too! gosh gosh. haha okays anyway i had ushering duty with sharon, gideon, le vu and zhikai in the morning! (: haha we were supposed to usher some people into the ballroom for opening ceremony! and i escorted the chairperson of the ISEAS! woohoo haha. (: he was quite nice (:
and omg so malu, while waiting outside the room, i was leaning against this painting, thinking that it was the wall, and i didn't even realise what i was leaning on, until gideon totally pulled me away cos apparently the painting was about to break under my weight already or something (ok lah i know i'm heavy ): ) heh omg then he started calling me "painting breaker"! but the thing is, i didn't even break the painting okayy! woohoo haha. and omg le vu is seriously hahaha damn funny lah damn flirt can omg if i hang around him too long i think i might just become a flirt like him lah terrible omg. anyway, i was complaining i have nothing to lean on while waiting, then le vu was like, "it's okay you can lean on me! " gosh lah hahaha omg. you funny person! :p
haha then we stood at the side once opening ceremony started. haha it was okay lah, i wasn't really listening oops haha i couldn't concentrate lah all the cameras were flashing everywhere until my eyes hurt heh. haha but the last part of the ceremony was so cute! they did the asean handshake thing hahaha they looked so so so cute! then we went to doc room to help out for a while, then went sec room to help too haha. but there wasn't much to do lah haha so we were mostly sitting around heh oops. and then we went for lunch! buffet lunch haha yayy omg. the food was damn nice too, and they had walnut ice cream! omg! damn nice lah, faints. just that i was bursting from all the food after that hahaha. and and and omg lunch was damn funny! le vu again! omg hahaha everytime he tries to pick victoria up, it's really damn funny. haha. cos he sat next to victoria at the dining table, then victoria rolled her eyes and told us (kaiyan, jasmine and me) "let's go up now" then le vu was like "wait wait wait i haven't finished eating! " then victoria was like, "ya, that's exactly the point." HAHA omg.
then after that le vu was telling victoria, "you need to stop thinking that i'm joking, you know. i'm really very serious! " like hahaha wth he said it in a damn serious manner somemore lah, but we all knew he was joking hahahaha omg omg? lame sia. my gosh, that's why i was saying, if we hang around him long enough, we might turn into full-fledged flirts as well omg. xD
then after lunch, we went bumming! haha went to the rooftop and the jacuzzi! haha the rooftop was super nice today, cos the weather was like quite misty and cool and it was very nice lah (: so we sat on the nice chairs there and napped for like 20 mins? haha then we went down to the gym floor, and we all trooped inside the female toilet! haha jacuzzi time! hahaha we soaked our feet in the jacuzzi! xD damn nice lah, the water was damn hot and our feet were like aching, so just nice! haha (: felt damn nice and comfortable omg. haha then we camwhored as usual haha (: and then levu came in and joined us for a while hahaha. we made him into our temporary slave lol we made him take photos for us and get stuff for us. haha "eh le vu can help us take photo, thanks! " "le vu, can pass me a towel, thx! oh wait, uhh just pass us the whole stack of towels lah okayy! " :p hahaha omg. i think in the end he couldn't take it, then he went out hahaha.
then we went back to sec room! haha but nothing much to do, so we stoned around for a bit haha. then i had more ushering duties in the afternoon (: haha but in the end we didn't really do much ushering! we ended up guarding top secret documents hahaha, then after that we sat in for a press conference! haha it was boring and interesting at the same time hahaha.
then we had nothing much to do already lah after that so we went to bum room to eat dinner and then sleep for a while! hahaha omg i luv bumming with my friends (: damn fun omg luv all of you man, you all are such fun company! xD sigh i realise there are only 3 days left omg. i don't want this to end, i'll really miss all of you! my fellow interns, our super interns, and the staff there! especially the doc room aunties (you all are damn nice to chit chat with ) eeeyer i don't wanna go back to school anymore omg i wanna stay here with you all, and i don't want amm to end! ahhhh. i think i might even miss wearing my shoes haha (surprisingly i think i'm used to it already, it doesn't hurt anymore yayy (: )
